Palm Beach Marathon Training  is your single-source for everything related to running a successful marathon. This program has been created for newer runners and/or first-time marathoners and is a program that will be customized to your level of fitness. This program will increase your chances of completing the event while minimizing the risk of injury or stress.
Every new runner with Palm Beach Marathon Training is provided a "Runner's Profile" to fill out and a phone interview to determine their level of fitness and experience. Based on these factors a PBMT coach will create a customized training program for each individual.
Running a half or full marathon requires weeks of training and PBMT is here to help you along the way!
Palm Beach Marathon Training provides:
  • 12 week half marathon training programs
  • 20 week full marathon training programs
  • Experienced Coaches
  • Weekly Training Schedules
  • Organized long group runs on Saturday or Sunday morning in Palm Beach or West Palm Beach..
  • Optional Monday night conditioning workout at Dyer Park.
  • Thursday night 4.2 mile (maintenance miles) along Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach
  • Personalized questions & answers through e-mail communication
  • Water/Gatorade provided on long rungs
  • Discount for shoes & clothing running stores.
