All group runs begin at 6am

SPEED WORK AND STRENGTH WORK OUTS at 6:00 – 7:30 pm

Every Monday evening at Dyer Park (located off Haverhill Road, just south of B-Line Highway

Coaches will be Jim Werring and Bob Anderson.

Workout will include speed workouts for 5K/10K and speed/strength workouts for half and full marathons.

The Park has hills and loops and is nicely paved, excellent for these workouts.

Water and Gatorade will be provided. All levels are welcome.

This open to all runners. No charge..
Clematis by Night 4 Miler
Run with the Program. Everyone is welcome.

Every Thursday night at 6:30 pm.

The run will take you south on Flagler.
