All group runs begin at 6am

New..... Monday Running Camp

SPEED WORK AND STRENGTH WORK OUTS at 6:00 – 7:30 pm

  • Every Monday evening at Dyer Park (located off Haverhill Road, just south of B-Line Highway
  • Coaches will be Jim Werring and Bob Anderson. 
  • Workout will include speed workouts for 5K/10K and speed/strength workouts for half and full marathons.
  • The Park has hills and loops and is nicely paved, excellent for these workouts.
  • Water and Gatorade will be provided.  All levels are welcome.
  • This open to all runners. No charge..

Clematis by Night 4 Miler

Run with the Program.  Everyone is welcome.

  • Every Thursday night at 6:30 pm.
  • The run will take you south on Flagler.
  • Catch us at the fountain at Clematis By Night!
  • No charge
  • Free free water afterwards.
  • Beers are $3+
  • Music is free
